Cuneo – Pinerolo.
Ride: Torre Pellice - Montoso - Pinerolo. loop. 56 km, 1100m+.
Description: loop starting in Torre Pellice.
We'll ride the final 65 km of the stag and climb the Montoso: 9
km w/ 9%.
- Day 3 - May 24
Pinerolo – Ceresole Reale.
Ride: Cuorgnè – Pian del Lupo - Ceresole Reale. 78 km, 2600m+.
Description: we'll ride the final 78km of the stage, facing the first climb at Pian del Lupo and then the famous Del Nivolet, for the very first time in the Giro d’Italia route.
- Day 4 - May 25
Saint Vincent – Courmayeur.
Ride: Arvier – Colle San Carlo – Courmayeur. 50km, 1500m+.
Description: we'll ride the final 50 km, facing the San carlo hill at first and then the climb of Courmayeur.
We can also decide to add 16km more and 600m+ and climb the
Truc d’Arbe, starting from Villeneuve.
- Day 5 - May 26
Ivrea – Como
Ride: Onno – Ghisallo – Sormano – Civiglio – Como. 84km, 2300m+.
Description: short ride to the start village, then 2h car to Onno, from where we'll ride the final 84 km climbing the Ghisallo, Sormano, Civiglio and San Fermo.
- Day 6 - May 27
rest day for the pros.
Ride: Colico – Ponte di Legno. 100km, 1900m+
Description: transfer stage, first part is entirely on cycle path of the Valtellina route. later on we'll climb Aprica and Ponte di Legno.
- Day 7 - May 28
Lovere – Ponte di Legno
Ride: Ponte di Legno – Gavia – Bormio – Mortirolo – Ponte di Legno. 114 km, 3000m+.
Description: we'll ride tha final 114km of Giro stage, with a loop starting and ending in Ponte di Legno, with the challenging Gavia e Mortirolo in between.
